Email problems, connectivity problems, missing fonts, computers that reboot when you didn’t tell them to... all this can be pretty much of a pain.

Years of figuring out these kinds of problems in my own work (technical writing and training for a number of hi-tech firms in Canada) has made me pretty popular at parties; as in, “Can you fix my computer for me?” Well, I usually can.

I live here in Ajijic, and I’m not ready to retire yet. So I like to keep my hand in.
